An eco-friendly air-conditioning and heating system for all areas in all seasons.

A security system just like at home: reinforced door and video intercom.
WASHING MACHINE AND LAUNDRY.
This is indispensable at home and therefore each apartment has its own new washing machine, clothes drying rack on the terrace and ironing board and iron in the wardrobe.
CLEANING
Twice weekly the apartment will be cleaned, beds remade and soft towels in the bathroom.
COMPLIMENTARY TEA AND NESPRESSO
A Nespresso coffee or tea from the La Via Del Tè collection of Florence for a NICE breakfast or relaxing break.

Since our slow philosophy is synonymous with respect for the environment, we offer an eco-friendly, high-quality courtesy kit.

We love families and children, that’s why we provide cots and high chairs for children aged 0-3.
LATE CHECK-IN IN BLACK BOX
For guests who are unable to arrive during the reception opening hours, we offer a late check-in service in total safety and autonomy by leaving the keys of the apartment in a small safe with a secret code.
